Steps to reactivate your account within 180 days of cancelling.
- Retail POS for Mac or PC
- Sign in to your Retail POS Account
- Under Select a Plan, click on the plan you want to reactivate on
- Under Setup you will see a break down of your cost
- Under Billing select to pay either Monthly or Annually
- Review your Total Bill
- Click Reactivate
- The Primary Admin of the account will have to reactivate the account.
- Any previous balance owing on your account will be charged in addition to your new plan fee upon reactivation.
- Retailers previously on a Lite or Pro plan will need to reactivate on a Lean, Standard, Advanced or Enterprise plan
