How to send an errored sale to Vend Support on iPad

Objective

Send an errored sale which hasn't synchronized properly to the Vend support team to analyze.

Setup

  •  Vend for iPad

Steps

  1. Tap on the menu in the upper left-hand corner
  2. Tap on the word Online
  3. Tap on Sales
  4. Tap Contact Support
  5. Tap Send

Additional Information

You can optionally try resyncing the sale by tapping Retry errored.
