Objective
Sync to reboot Vend iPad App to address loading issues.
Setup
- Vend on iPad
Steps
1.Quick Resync:
- Go back to the 3 striped icon on the top left-hand corner
- Tap on the Online status
- Tap Sync all data
2.Hard Resync:
- Tap on the 3 striped icon on the top left-hand corner
- Tap and hold on the Online status for 5 seconds
- Tap on Resync Data
- Now perform a Quick Resync by following the instructions under step1.
3.Restart the Register: (Optional)
- Tap on the 3 striped icon on the top left-hand corner
- Tap on the bottom left circular icon
- In the new popup window tap on Log out
- Tap on Yes on the new Dialog box
- Tap on Close Store
- Tap on Yes on the new Dialog box
- Enter in your Vend Domain
- Enter in your Username
- Enter in your Password
- Select your Register

Before any of the syncs above, make sure there are no open sales and errored sales in the sale screen.
