How to sync the Vend iPad App

Objective

Sync to reboot Vend iPad App to address loading issues.

Setup

  • Vend on iPad 

Steps

Quick Resync:

  1. Go back to the 3 striped icon on the top left-hand corner
  2. Tap on the Online status
  3. Tap Sync all data

 Long Resync:

  1. Tap on the 3 striped icon on the top left-hand corner
  2. Tap and hold on the Online status for 5 seconds
  3. Tap on Resync Products on the new Dialog box
  4. Tap on Resync Products

Hard Resync:

  1. Tap on the 3 striped icon on the top left-hand corner
  2. Tap on the bottom left circular icon
  3. In the new popup window tap on Log out
  4. Tap on Yes on the new Dialog box
  5. Tap on Close Store
  6. Tap on Yes on the new Dialog box
  7. Enter in your Vend Domain
  8. Enter in your Username
  9. Enter in your Password
  10. Select your Register

Additional Information

Before any of the syncs above, make sure there are no open sales and errored sales in the sale screen.
