Incorrectly activated my account and request a refund.

Objective

If you have incorrectly activated your account and request a refund. You will need to cancel the account yourself before the refund can be processed.

Setup

  •  Vend for PC or Mac

Steps

The account first needs to be cancelled. 

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click on Billing
  3. Click Manage My Account
  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page
  5. Click on Cancel My Account
  6. Click on Permanently Delete My Account
  7. Select option from drop-down menu
  8. Type in any additional comments
  9. Click Delete My Account button
  10. Type in account owner name
  11. Confirm all relevant files have been exported
  12. Delete account. 

Additional Information

Contact Support to confirm that you have cancelled your account and request a refund. Support is unable to process refunds. These requests are sent to the billing team for consideration.
