If you have incorrectly activated your account and request a refund. You will need to cancel the account yourself before the refund can be processed.
- Vend for PC or Mac
The account first needs to be cancelled.
- Go to Settings
- Click on Billing
- Click Manage My Account
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page
- Click on Cancel My Account
- Click on Permanently Delete My Account
- Select option from drop-down menu
- Type in any additional comments
- Click Delete My Account button
- Type in account owner name
- Confirm all relevant files have been exported
- Delete account.
Contact Support to confirm that you have cancelled your account and request a refund. Support is unable to process refunds. These requests are sent to the billing team for consideration.
