On Account sale products changed in Vend, why are they still appearing on the Xero invoice?

Question

I have added or removed products from an on account sale in Vend. Why are those products still appearing on the invoice in Xero?

Setup

  • Vend for PC or Mac
  • Xero Integration

Answer

Changes that are made to an on account sale after it has been posted to Xero will not sync to Xero. If you add or remove items from the sale in Vend, you will have to manually adjust the Xero invoice as well.
