Why can I not add certain products to a stock order/transfer/return?

There are several reasons that you may not be able to add a product to a stock order/transfer/return:

  • The product is already in another open stock order/transfer/return
  • The product is currently in an incomplete inventory count
  • The product is assigned to a supplier that is different to the supplier assigned to the stock order/transfer/return
