Sales tax has been updated on the Setup page but the previous sales tax is still appearing on the Sell Screen.

The Sell Screen has not been synced since the sales tax has been updated resulting in the older Tax Rate still being applied to Products that have been locally synced on the device for faster and offline access.
To fix this, you would need to clear your browser's or iPad's cached files. This will prompt Retail POS to re-sync the prices of your Products making sure the new Sales Tax is correctly applied.
Alternatively, you can perform a Sell Screen sync:
Retail POS for Mac or PC
- Click Sell on the side navigation
- Click Status
- Click Reset Data
Retail POS for iPad
- Tap the Menu at the top left of the screen
- Tap Online
- Tap Sync All Data
You should not reset data if you have an errored sale. Follow the steps here for errored sales.
