Trying to make changes to my account but the pricing plans have increased?
October 2018 - We’ve changed our pricing to reflect the added value we’ve built into Vend in the last two years. We’ve made a significant investment into our retail platform in that time. Vend is the core, central platform on which you run your business and we have updated our pricing to reflect this. Some of the bigger changes we’ve made over the last couple of years include adding a completely new suite of Promotional tools, overhauling our inventory platform and offering real-time analytics and greater reporting options.
The changes you’re trying to make to your Vend account are beyond the current limits of your plan.
To make the changes you’ll need to move to one of our latest plans. You can see all the detail about our plans here. To change your plan in-app go to Billing under the Setup tab, and choose View pricing plans. From here, select the plan you’d like to move to and choose whether you’d like to be billed monthly or annually.
Please note, your billing cycle will reset, starting from the date that you start your new plan.
