Accessing Vend Phone Support
If your Vend account includes free phone support you will be able to access it directly from your Vend store. To do this, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your Vend store and click the Help button in the top right corner of the screen.
2. This will take you to our Help Centre on your web browser. Click Contact Us in the top bar.
3. A new window will appear. On it, you will see a phone number and a unique pin code.
4. Use the phone number provided to call our support line and enter your unique pin code when prompted.
Note: This feature is accessible for all logged in users on your account.
