Moving your existing Loyalty program to Retail POS is easy. Our support team can import existing Loyalty balances into Retail POS for you, so you can continue right where you left off.
We just need the customer data you've sent to be in the correct format:
- Kindly export your Customer List from Retail POS exactly as is.
- You can delete the rows for customers who don't require their loyalty to be amended in Retail POS
- Open the CSV file and add an extra column in and name it as you choose e.g. actual loyalty
- In that column, please indicate the exact loyalty amount the customer should have (or copy and paste the column you've sent from the CSV sent)
Then save that file and send it to our team to organize for those loyalty amounts to be added for you.
The only thing to consider is that Retail POS uses a currency-based Loyalty program, so if your existing program uses points or free items, you will need to convert any existing balances into your currency and set the new earn rates accordingly.
