Turn Loyalty off for existing customers

There are some people on your customer list that you may like to disable Loyalty for. This may include:

  • Staff members
  • Wholesale rate customers
  • Customers who do not wish to be enroled.

Loyalty can be turned off one by one, or in bulk, using a CSV import.

To remove a customer from your Loyalty program, follow the steps below:

Step 1

Open your customer page, and find the customer in your customer list.

Step 2

Click View to open the customer's page.

Step 3

Click Edit Customer.

Step 4

Untick the Loyalty box.

Step 5

Save the changes.
