Phone Support is included for free in our latest pricing plans. This allows you to call our support team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our team can work with you to solve a problem or walk you through a feature you’re confused about. If you need training or help setting up your account our support team will be able to forward your enquiry onto our customer success team who will talk to you about our onboarding and training packages.
How do I add Phone Support?
If you’re on an older pricing plan and would like to add Phone Support to your Vend Account, you will need to upgrade to one of our latest pricing plans.
How do I remove Phone Support?
Contact our team to cancel your existing Priority Phone Support add-on. If you remove Phone Support, we’ll remove the charge from your next billing renewal. If you’re paying for Phone Support annually, you’ll be issued pro-rata credit for the unused period which will be added to your Vend account . If you pay monthly for Phone Support, you’ll not receive credit for any unused days.
If you are on an older pricing plan, you can remove paid phone support without having to migrate over to one of our new pricing plans. Please contact the team if you wish to have your phone support removed.
