Multiple Warehouses and 1 Shopify Website

Hi,

We have a retail store and a warehouse, both holding our inventory.

We want Vend to sync the stock of both locations to our Shopify website, we the stock in both locations is quite different.

Looking throught the docs I can not see a way of doing this as Shopify takes the inventory from only 1 outllet in Vend. It does mention setting Shopify on both locations, but would that not mean it duping orders/inventory?

Thanks for getting in touch with us! 
Multi-location support is not yet available on the current version of Vend, however this is a feature we are keen to develop, and are talking with Shopify about including in a future version. Hopefully this will soon be possible, as this is a feature I have had requested from a number of other customers also.

We can't really give out any timelines, as development of new features can sometimes be tricky and take longer than anticipated, but we are hoping to include multi-location inventory support as a part of the next Vend/Shopify version. We are still ironing out a few bugs that have cropped up as a result of the new release, so at the moment our main priority is getting these fixed; but this is something we're looking to develop in the near future.

It would be great if you were keen to post this idea on our community board for feature requests (http://support.vendhq.com/forums/20090788-feature-requests), I know a number of other users would really like to see this developed.

oh no. was just looking at this integration but for us this is a deal breaker. do you know if it is possible to get this developed privately with the api setup as it is?
